Not legal advice. HomeHR's tools are general information based on the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Sectoral Determination 7 (Domestic Worker Sector), the National Minimum Wage Act and the UIF Acts. Every figure shows its source and effective date on the rates page. Laws and rates change - check the Department of Employment and Labour (labour.gov.za) or a labour practitioner before relying on a result. HomeHR is not a law firm and accepts no liability for decisions made using these tools.

Your details (POPIA). When you give us your email - and any names, phone numbers, contract or payslip details - we store them in our own database to make and send your documents. We never sell them, and we delete them on request.
